This has a lot of useful information about many of the issues people come to us with. It’s a great place to start when you have a problem you’re not sure how to handle. There is also a webchat facility that allows you to talk directly online with an adviser.

Is there a lift, or are the offices/drop-in venues on the ground floor? – Office is based up a flight of stairs. We have an interview room on the ground floor if you are not comfortable climbing the stairs. Please ring the doorbell at the bottom of the stairs and an adviser will come to you.
Are there nearby toilets/accessible toilets? – In Priory Park – open all year (from around 6.30 a.m. until around 4 p.m.). Facilities comprise male toilets, female toilets and unisex disabled toilets (Radar key required).
